Your scarf has already been machine washed and dried twice: once before dyeing, and again after dyeing. Because your silk has been washed, there is no need to worry about water-spotting. 
 
Hand-wash or machine wash on delicate; tumble dry to damp and finish drying by hanging; press on silk setting if necessary. Follow the “rule of red” when washing, and always wash reds separately. Use and enjoy!
